Golf trip
3/5 Communication between me and Evolve was good, however communication between me and the person in charge on condo not so good. Evolve says after you are fully paid to contact the property manager for door codes immediately, however the property manager does not respond. After two emails and a phone call they finally got back to me a few days before my trip. You start to wonder if I was just scammed. Things finally worked out but i was a little nervous.

4/5 The property was clean and well maintained. The location to the beach, restaurants, stores, and activities were perfect. A few items needed attention in the condo, but other than that, we had a wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach!

Dirty getaway
3/5 The condo we rented was disgusting. Stains all over the carpets, and bedding. For the price we spent on a rental fee, we expected a clean and healthy accommodations.

It was just ok
3/5 We checked in on a Sunday. We got into town a little early so we decided to swing by the grocery store. I received my code right at the check in time which was fine, but when we arrived they were still there cleaning. While they did let me put things in the fridge, we then had to sit on the landing outside the room for an hour waiting for them to finish. The master bed is so squeaky it woke us up every time one of us moved. The carpet is stained and gross. Other than that, it is in a great location, a short drive to the beach and other fun activities.
