Not happy
2/5 The room was still dirty at checkin at 3 pm… contacted the company and they reassured me that it would be done asap waited till almost 4 pm before it was cleaned. We went in room to inspect and the sheets were still dirty covered in hair… contacted them again they then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do I could take them down stairs and wash them if I liked. We went out to Walmart to buy clean sheets and blankets for the beds.
The floors were dirty and covered in sand.
Definitely would not recommend this rental … was very disappointed
The location was amazing and the view was great but with COVID would have like to know the room was throughly cleaned and it was not

We take cleanliness very seriously as it is imperative to us that our beloved guests have the most amazing stay possible. Please rest assured all linens and blankets are laundered off-site and installed clean, however as a result of your feedback we will be looking into transportation protocol in an effort to protect the linens through the transportation process. It is valuable feedback like this that enables us to make improvements like this to a beautiful condo with an amazing view, to make it more enjoyable for our guests."
