Great Location fun environment

Exactly what we needed for our family stay at the beach
5/5 The condo is easy to find, the check in process was very easy, and it was exactly what we needed for our short stay. The beach access was perfect, and beaches were not crowded.

Wonderful
4/5 Loved everything about the room and the resort. The shutters connecting the bedroom and living room give it a studio feel while still having separate spaces if necessary. Perfect location, not too crowded. The only major flaw was that some of our neighbors must have been smoking cigarettes in their rooms and the secondhand smoke absolutely saturated our room any time it happened. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke and the odor once woke me up in the middle of the night and it gave me a headache for the entire next day. “No smoking on the balcony or in the room” was clearly posted on our door, I thought it would have been in the other rooms too. The unit and resort themselves were absolutely wonderful so I didn’t let a couple of bad apples spoil the bunch.

Colony resort
5/5 I truly enjoyed the Beach colony resort. Everything was exactly like what I saw on the website. The property manager was excellent and very nice. Definitely planning on returning again.
