5/5 Loved the place! It was perfect for our trip.
Unnecessarily disappointing
3/5 There were many small things that affected our visit. Small repairs that needed to be made. Heavy dirt build up near the air vent in the bedroom. Only having one full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no additional garbage bags, one tablet dishwasher cleaner. This place has potential but it is difficult to feel welcome when it is not well kept. We could not open the patio doors due to damaged screens I was told it was hurricane damage and it couldn’t be repaired because it had not yet been documented. The next-door neighbor said that there was no hurricane damage they had barely seen wind or rain from Ian. All of the repairs could have been done In an hour or two with a limited still level and expense. I was in another rental a week earlier and there was a stark contrast in the level of care for the property and how welcoming I felt.

Amazing property
5/5 This is the second time we stayed at this property. We were here 3 years ago and everything looks the same. Great amenities… we cook a lot and they have a lot of pots/pans which was really convenient. About a 4-5 minutes walk to the beach which we always enjoyed strolling at night. Fyi just make sure you get in touch with guest contact for door key code. Read a lot of reviews about that being an issue and it almost was for us… on the way to the rental I called VRBO after guest contact never sent me the code and they were able to contact the owners and email it to me.
