  Beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood.This rental is absolutely gorgeous and clean as can be. Everything you need are there. The beds are very comfortable And there are two decks one lower one upper to sit on to have coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening.We had some trouble with the television because there was no guide or instructions however we notified the contact and I helped us. I was very pleased with my stay.

• Clean, quiet and comfortable

  If you want to be in the middle of the action, close to the beach, this is not the way to go. If you are looking to relax and dont mind 15-20 minute drive to the more active areas of Myrtle Beach, this place is perfect. We stayed with another couple. There was plenty of room for us to gather and also have privacy when we wanted. The road leading to the unit takes about 8-10 minutes from 501, a main highway with lots of shopping and eateries. The community is quiet and friendly. Unit is steps from the community pool, that was readily available and never crowded. The kitchen had what we needed to do breakfast a few days during our stay. Closets had hangers, extra towels under sinks in bathroom. The upstairs bathroom is shared and connects the two bedrooms. Plenty of room to store clothes and keep tidy. Also had lawn chairs in the laundry room, handy for the beach. Would definitely rent this unit again.

• Cigarette smoke overkill

  Upon entering we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette. One of the reasons we chose this property was it stated non smoking, and a potential 500 fine is found evidence of smoke. Carpets had multiple red and brown stains thru out entire condo. Blinds were heavily brown stained from smokers, and torn and tattered blinds. We stay at multiple VRBOs and only premier partners and I would say heavily disappointed with this stay.

We followed up with the homeowners, who were surprised by your feedback. They do enforce the no-smoking policy and have not had any other reports of an odor in the townhome or evidence of smoking. They did address your other concerns with their cleaning team. These owners take great pride in their home and want every guest to have a wonderful experience.
