  Overall was a nice place. Very open and spacious. Checking in was very easy, management was very nice, we had no issues with the place whatsoever. The community was nice and quiet. Plus, it was only 10-15 minutes to downtown. It’s just far enough away to where you’re out of all of the commotion.

• A good place to stay central to all ammenities

  A group of 4 golfers stayed at this location. Home is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in Myrtle Beach. There was an issue when we arrived - but it was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Would recommend this location as it is very convenient for golf, shopping, groceries and a nice place to relax and enjoy.

  Stayed the week with friends for a golf tournament. Condo was okay but appeared to have been sitting empty for a while. We did have one day when several roaches showed up in the kitchen. But only one day. Not sure if that was due to recent exterminator visit or not. The bedding also seemed a bit old. The location was great though!

• Don't do it! Don't do it!

  On arrival after 10.5 hour drive and arriving 20 minutes before check in we literally had to wait to enter the vacant condo per the owner.

  The front glass door was broke and we were told to be careful with it. Never fixed the entire stay.

  Then we had unwanted visitors ROACHES. Apparently it's a problem for the entire building.

  We went to the pool, security will harass you to see your pool passes. We were checked within an hour x2 by the same security person.

  We will not be back to this complex specially to this unit/owner. Give it a 2 star!

  - We are sorry for the miscommunication about Check-In times. We have our cleaning crew and door codes on a schedule to give all guests the best experience at our property.
  - While we know the door and pests impacted your stay, this is out of our control. The HOA is working on handling both of these issues, which will be fixed as soon as possible.
  - We wish you would have reached out about your issue with the security at the pool. They do require passes or wristbands for guests. However, we would have been happy to help with the situation by talking to the complex manager.

  Upon arriving we found the unit filthy dirty. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean the entire unit. The stove had spaghetti sauce splattered all over it, the bathrooms had toothpaste all over the faucets, the floors had hair and dirt all over them and the towels were not clean. I also found two roaches during my stay. The owner reached out after texting him and had someone come the next morning and clean but it still didn’t meet standards of a clean unit. There was so much dust built up on the ceiling fans and return air vent. I have pictures of all of the above if anyone would like a real discription of the property. I would never stay here again.
