    Very warm and welcoming. For the price actually, we feel the towels and linens should have been supplied though. Likewise, some additional kitchen amenities such as cookie sheet, blender and other cookware should be supplied. The backyard was much smaller than we anticipated and the grill, while appeared like brand new on the outside, was quite rusty in the inside. We weren't planning on grilling though anyway. The bed was much too soft for me but didn't bother my daughter and spouse. One of mattress covers was somewhat thin and really should be replaced. All in all though it was a cozy, comfortable place to stay and is well within a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. We just realize we prefer staying beachfront and a pool available as well otherwise we would gladly stay here again.

    My family and I stayed at this lovely home during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The house was clean and very close to the beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive. There is a lot of things to do in the area and there are several restaurants and shopping. Great for small families and couples:)
