A great rental!

The property is beautiful, the walk to the beach took out group closer to 15 minute but was still very doable. The rental itself is in great condition, very comfortable.

The place was exactly as advertised. Very clean, private and quiet. It was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The back sitting area over looking the lake was our favourite place to sit and have a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Out bridal party had a great time staying at this rental, the amenities were lovely, the patio was perfect for late night talks and early morning coffee, a beautiful view as well. Overall a lovely little rental for your weekend away!

The rental is very easily accessible and would be great for whee chair users.

WOW.....AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Checking in was a disaster as the Management Company doesn't have a clue. The property was not ready for check-in. There was tree limbs in the way to entry, Mold in Master Bath, running water from the tub, no fitted sheets on the Beds, WIFI was zero. They plugged the phone cord into the modem instead of a DSL cord. Zero internet therefore I would not work. I walked out back and had to clean tree limbs and trash from the back patio. I contacted the Owners but they seem as if they do not care.

Hi J R, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred during your stay.
- Your stay was immediately following the disastrous Hurricane Ian that hit the area very badly. We understand that although our property was not damaged, trees and limbs were down that the Kingston Plantation Management was in the process of cleaning.
- We have since been to the property, and no signs of mold were found. We use a cleaning service to have our home professionally cleaned before each guest stays, and wish you had mentioned this during one of our many email conversations. We would have been more than happy to address your concerns immediately.
Our cleaning service does not use fitted sheets but chooses to use flat sheets due to guest feedback, but we're sorry if they weren't to your liking.
- Issues with the internet were not due to the incorrect cable being used but were due to the after-effects of Hurricane Ian, again we're sorry for any inconvenience but this was simply out of our control.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
