  Overall this is a beautiful property. Well maintained, spacious and very clean. There were, however, a few issues we encountered during our stay. I was provided the incorrect door code in my confirmation email so when we arrived I had to contact the management company to retrieve the accurate code. No big deal, the local contact was easy to reach and provided me the correct code within minutes. Once inside the WiFi information provided was incorrect and there was never any resolution for that despite numerous emails and correspondence with the management company so we just went without internet, again no biggie but it would?ve been nice to enjoy ALL of the amenities that were advertised. Most disappointing I would say was the quality of sleep we experienced in our room as the beds were the equivalent of sleeping on a hardwood floor. I tend to enjoy a firmer mattress but even I found it very uncomfortable. All in all this is a very nice property and I think the good far surpassed the bad and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is updated and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, the condo was very tastefully decorated and clean, great location and to top it off the neighbors across the way were extremely nice and friendly during our stay. They even recommended we visit the baseball museum with my nephews who all play the sport. I would stay here again while in the Myrtle Beach area.

• My mother birthday get away

  Me and my family stayed at this condo from July 07-10. This is a very nice condo but if management does not get better they will not get people to rent this condo. Upon arrival at check in time which was 4:00, we got there about 10 minutes after 4:00 and this condo had not been cleaned from the last stay. The first thing that went wrong was they emailed me the wrong code to the door. Once we were in and I saw that the beds were unmade, waffles left in the freezer, a boiler from the kitchen was in the tub in the first bathroom. Trash in the garbage cans, kitchen table and table in the living room full of handprints and needed to be cleaned. Once I contacted the owner she immediately sent a young lady over to clean by the name of Heather who did a great job. Me and my mother helped her out by cleaning the tables, sweeping and mopping over the floors. We did not figure the door lock out until the next day. I always use Vrbo for my vacation bookings and I always will, because once I contacted them with my complaints they were on top of it. The owner did give the okay for my cleaning fee to be refunded so I do appreciate that. Overall the stay was still fun and we had a good time! Once again the condo was extremely nice and the Legends at Turnberry Resort is beautiful, but I will probably never book with these owners again. Shout out to my guy Adrian that works with Homeaway/Vrbo he is the best when it comes to getting complaints resolved!

• Best Vacation ever

  What can I say, the place is just great! Tastefully decorated and renovated. Plenty of room for the family. Close to everything. I'm a golfer so the location was awesome, while golfing my family did their thing, pool, beach, Broadway on the Beach, etc. Can't forget about the pub next door (definitely a plus) and the turtles in the pond right at the front door. Will most definitely come back to this unit!
