Spacious, cute townhouse. But………..!
4/5 First, let me say the townhome was cute and comfortable. The owner was kind enough to allow us to check in early. Even though we didn’t end up using it, the option was provided which was nice.
When we arrived, I notified the owner of a few cleaning issues as requested in the emailed instructions.
I told him it was no big deal and I would take care of the issues. It seemed like, after I told him about the issues he quit responding to my texts. Not one!! I also texted him asking for some directions on how to find the pool with the hot tub.
Not an emergency but, it made me wonder if I did have an emergency, would he have responded?
Still as I sit here zero response. I NEVER heard from him. It was weird. No book of instructions in the condo which would have been helpful. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb and all but this one had an instruction book.
That being said, I would still recommend this place. It was spacious, beds were comfy and the location was nice, especially if you’re a golfer. Just don’t expect any communication with the owner of this vacation rental.
After going back and reading the reviews it was mentioned by another renter they had a similar experience with lack of communication.
Clean, quiet condo.
5/5 Kevin was very accommodating on our arrival and departure dates. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Access to Alicia’s Pub was great, just across the street. The whole process of renting was easy and Evolve provided us all the information we need for an extremely easy check in. We would be very glad to rent this unit again!

4/5 We enjoyed our stay. The price was right and we had view of golf course. I wished they had hand soap for the bathrooms. They only had shower gel for one bathroom. I never has to bring bring hand soap to a VRBO. Bathrooms are a little out dated with a peeling ceiling.
