Nice place. The only complaint was not having WiFi, but we survived.
4/5 It was good except for the cleaning lady or whoever she was. She harassed us when we got there. Said we couldn?t park there. We tried telling her we were staying at a place on that property, but she acted like she didn?t know what we were talking about. She finally apologized and went on her way.

Quaint? Or old and tired?
2/5 This townhouse is limited to just the bare basics: beds, dishes, glasses, silverware, pans. There was not so much as a single coffee filter or extra roll of toilet paper! It is about 2 blocks to the beach, close to grocery stores and the airport.
The main TV didn't work, the sheets didn't fit either bed, the exhaust fan in the kitchen and bathroom didn't work, and the grill was filthy. No internet or cable, which I did know.
I contacted Evolve (management co?) about 10 days before our trip to ask if there were enough beach towels for 5 people. Two days before we left, they emailed to say they'd let me know in two weeks!
Loved the area but next time will look for something more updated and with wi-fi!

Here at Evolve we have 4-Core Property Standards and one of those is "As Advertised." Your feedback about the sheets and air-vents has been sent to the owner to evaluate. Summer contains the busiest months here at Evolve and we experience longer than normal response times. Since our services are not on the ground, please contact the Guest Contact (noted in your pre-stay email) for any property specific questions. In addition to that, if any issues are being experienced while you are in-residence, please reach out to the Guest Contact as soon as possible. This person will help ensure the most comfortable stay! The owner has worked with the cleaner of the property to ensure that at least a starter pack of basics is left for each traveler. It should be expected that the traveler may have to purchase more if they go through the starter supply of basics. After your stay, it was discovered that the TV remote controls were missing and have since been replaced. We hope to help you book another trip in the future! Best, The Evolve Team
