Condo on the Beach!
5/5 Condo on Myrtle Beach. This is a very nice Condo. Very clean, in a nice location, on the 3rd Floor with a beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach. The condo is nicely updated. Nice and private complex. They do have a pool and a wonderful beachfront. We will be coming back!
Mold and mildew
1/5 Reported mold and mildew to owner and VRBO. Sent them both pictures. Discovered it day before we were leaving. Owner texted to us that he was booked until end of October and could not get it fixed until Mid November. Three calls to VRBO and no response on compensation. What about renters before and after us. How many have been exposed. Tried to work it out on personal basis for a week with owner and VRBO. .We now are calling Horry County health department and seeking legal counsel. I am still experiencing difficulties breathing and constant cough. Hope mold was not in HVAC. Difficult dealing with an owner and VRBO who seem to have little or no concern over us or other renters.

- Since your stay, we have had the condo checked for mold, and there was no evidence found of it being present. We have not received any further complaints from guests since your stay.

4/5 Pros: beautiful views, tastefully decorated, beach area ideal for families (not too crowded), easy check-in and close access to all NMB has to offer Cons: sand in twin beds, critters, lumpy mattress in main bedroom and bathroom not clean

From the owner: "I did speak with cleaners. They did confirm the bedding was freshly changed for a critter. You can find a critter anywhere: home, hospital, hotels, and work. It's part of nature. Also, the more you clean, the more you seem to pop out of nowhere. As for the mattress, we've been told many times that it's very comfortable.
