  We had a wonderful stay, woke up to the beautiful sunrises. The pool area was under construction and not in service, but that was fine with us we were just steps away from the beach . The condo was very clean and we had a comfortable stay!Thank you

  Our timing wasn’t great. The whole first level was being remodeled. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were closed.

  The front desk help wasn’t super friendly.

  But the view from the balcony and the kitchen were gorgeous!

  Very clean

  The resort itself needs some updates but the unit was just right for our needs

  Loved that this was oceanfront with a beautiful view! Disappointed that the hot tub and pool area was in disrepair and will likely be for some time. Nice updates in condo, bed is comfortable. Couches are not. Some towels/washclothes looked soiled/overused. Thankfully, I always bring extras.

  The lock box listed key code is still wrong. Leave out the 7 and the code works. The condo was clean and comfortable. The rocker is nice on the balcony but the plastic chairs are not very comfortable. This unit is managed by a company and the unit needs a little attention. I would therefore advise the owners to stay there and update the minor issues to make it more homey. Overall I would stay there again. FYI they only give you 1 roll of TP for each bathroom.

• Great location, good size for 2-4 people

  We are owners of several Vrbo properties in Michigan with 500 + 5 star reviews. We stayed in this condo for 9 days as we are buying a condo away from the beach and wanted to check on its progress. This is a good condo but not great which is what it needs to be to earn a 5 star review. These comments are meant to be a help to the owners in order so they might accumulate 5 star ratings. The views are fantastic and the kitchen remodel is very well done . Both bathrooms have also been nicely updated.. However, the listing states a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, we do cook a lot and only having 2 tea spoons, 3 dinner forks and 2 ea. 8 oz water glasses is not good. Constantly washing dishes. There are 14 coffee mugs and the same number of juice glasses. The cooking utensils that are there are very tired and there is not a knife set to do any slicing or dicing. The red set of pots and pans have outlived their usefullness. Non stick surfaces are all scratched and not safe to cook in. The listing states a keyless entry, yet it still uses the old lock box with a key inside for entry. We were also given the wrong code but we’re able to figure it out. The door knob and deadbolt locks are also extremely rusted and need to be replaced. We did have a good stay but the furniture— the two sleeper sofas were quite uncomfortable. I am only 5 ft 8 in tall and weigh 165 yet I sank to the bottom of the cushions and could feel the springs of the sleeper all the time. The bar height stools at the counter are way to tall to be of any use. They should be counter height—- or 24 inches. Because of Hurricane Ian that hit the area 6 months ago there should be a note that states the pool will be closed until all repairs are complete. The note currently says the pool may be closed. They have at least 6-12 more months of work to do on that area. As this property is managed by a professional company — Evolve— hopefully these comments will get to the owners. We did have very easy and timely communication with the local contact folks, Chris and Mary who were very professional. Again, please take these comments as a learning opportunity.
