PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 266 Georges Bay Road, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576
- The home is located in Bermuda Bay of Oceanside Village
- Google/GPS will direct you to enter the community on Georges Bay Road off of Hwy 17 if you put in the house address. However, you cannot enter this entrance without a key card
- 824 Melody Lane, Surfside Beach, SC 29575 is the approximate address of the entry gate; use this for your GPS. Please proceed to Melody Drive and enter through the main gate, where you will present your ID to obtain your vehicle pass for your stay. Each vehicle must have a valid dated pass hanging from the mirror at all times when inside OSV. Key cards may not be used without a valid vehicle pass, see below
- Once you are through the gate, proceed straight ahead to Georges Bay Rd. Turn left, and continue to the first house on the left. It is peach and white

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Pre-registration is required to access the community through the gate and to access the community amenities. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, the Guest Contact will need the contact information for the primary guest as well as the names and vehicle information for each driver who will be entering with your party, as well as an accurate guest count including children
- Once you arrive, you will receive a vehicle pass that will be good for the duration of your stay
- Please email the Guest Contact with the following information:
- Name and full contact information for primary guest. Please include the address, mobile phone that can be used for contact during your stay, and an email address
- Make, model, year, color, and plate # for each vehicle entering and the full contact information for a primary driver for each vehicle. If you are renting a car, please provide full contact details for each primary driver so I can pre-register the vehicle. Vehicle details will be added to the pass upon check-in
- Total number of guests, adults, and children/infants. Children are 12 and under, infants are 2 and under. No additional guests may be added after the pre-registration is complete, so please be sure you provide accurate information
- PLEASE NOTE: I must have this information no later than 5 business days prior to your stay. No vehicles may be added later than 3 days prior to your stay. All vehicles must be pre-registered by the host in this time frame prior to entry
- Guests must check in at the main gate to receive a parking pass
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is for the lower level door to the left of the garage, and it will not be valid until 4 pm day on the of check-in. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Trash day is in Tuesdays in the off season and both Tuesdays and Saturdays during the summer. Guests will need to take out the trash the night before if staying during that time
- Remove all perishable items and trash from the house to the cans under the stairs
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip sheets and pillowcases from all used beds, do not remove other bedding unless soiled, do not remove zippered covers on any beds or pillows
- Place all used sheets and towels in a pile in or near the laundry room
- Launder beach towels and leave in the dryer
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Return the garage door opener and any key cards to the welcome basket
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking anywhere on the property. Please use designated smoking areas near the community center
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
