Perfect for a retreat
5/5 We rented this property or 2+ weeks to explore the area for a relocation. Our unit was very clean, and freshly renovated. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint, and not the fault of the owner, was that the tennis and pickle ball courts were locked and grass was 6 to 8 inches high through the court.

1/5 The host of the house was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Evolve team provided me with the building number for the apartment but not the specific house number. I contacted the host of the home and asked for the specific number and he begans to yell over the phone about how he does not know the specific number for the property he has multiple properties and does not know but wanted to stay on the phone with me so I could find it. It’s 12 am in the morning and I’m in a area I do not know. I was walking around the apartments while he yelling telling me I’m not listening to his specific directions. The owner was NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE of anything surrounding the apartment or anything. He was very unprofessional rude. Once I found the property after walking around for 30 mins it’s a dead roach in the middle of the floor and a spider in the bathroom. I contacted Evolve team and shared my terrible experience and received no response. The owner of the home sent me a text me explaining why he was frustrated with me. Very very very unpleasant house host. If I’m able to I will post the pictures of the messages from him and the pictures of the unclean home. I drove over 4 hours to have to deal with this. I would like a refund for the poor service that was provided

- We apologize for the communication issues when you called it was 12:05 am my guest contact was not trying to be rude it was just very late and he didn't seem to be having much luck getting you to follow directions. We verified and the building number is on the pre-stay email that you received from Evolve
- There was one dead bug by the slider doors, our HOA sprays regularly we do not have any bug issues
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"It was beautiful great vacation rental for a family for four
