Short visit to Little River
5/5 This was our second stay at this condo, simple check in, reasonable rates, clean accommodations, and convenient to everything in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Close to golf, scenic saltmarsh
5/5 Quiet apartment for one or two; very appealing for golfers with nearby championship courses; beautiful view of a yacht harbor and salt marsh below; pool is very close by along with a pavilion. for small family reunions.Kitchen and living room adjoin over a countertop. Food prep area was great, and well equipped. Bedroom was comfy.It’s a great place for a single or a couple.

5 night stay
4/5 Overall the stay was good. Easy check in, good communication with host, clean condo with a great third floor view. I'd suggest leaving the Welcome book in a more visible place, perhaps with gate and pool keys? Pool and cabana a nice amenity. The upgrade was pretty well done - décor, bed was great, good supply of towels (pool/beach towels would be nice) washer/dryer very handy. Some prior reviews indicated a lack of a few items that would be expected - especially for a 5 night stay. There was only one roll of toilet paper, NO laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid, NO extra trash liners for kitchen or bath. A few more basic items in the kitchen would be helpful as well such as salt and pepper, maybe more than four piece dishware and more than two mugs (except for the giant ones!). Attention is needed to slow drains in bath sink and especially tub. Also, tub valve sprays water out of valve when showering; slider lock doesn't engage. Minor fixes that would make a vast improvement. With a little attention to detail a 5 Star rating would be a slam dunk!

Late summer vacation
5/5 Excellent location! Little River is just minutes from North Myrtle Beach and Calabash with all that those locations have to offer yet is itself a fairly quiet part of coastal South Carolina. The development is private, quiet and has great views from the pool. Would rent again!

Quiet Condo on the Marsh in Little River
5/5 This was nice location away from the business of Myrtle Beach but close enough to get to attractions. We also were close enough to NC to easily get to Calabash and Sunset Beach.
