  Location was great and close to the Salty Dog, tennis courts and beach. Property was a good place for us to spend time in the evenings. Not the best place we have stayed but definitely not the worst. We would consider staying again.

  Location is close to the Salty Dog, tennis courts, bike rentals and the beach. The property itself wasn’t the best or worst place we have ever stayed. We had some issues with the key code lock on multiple occasions. In addition, several parts of the unit felt like only a partial effort was given (illusion of a balcony without a balcony, no blinds/privacy curtains, multiple light switches that didn’t work/no obvious function, no transition from bathroom to entry way (almost tripped), extremely watered down hand soap in the bathroom, etc.) I would not consider the kitchen a “fully equipped kitchen” since it doesn’t have an oven (although it does have a convection microwave).

  With that being said, we didn’t spend long in the unit because of the great location. Even with the quirks, the unit was sufficient and the team at Evolve worked with us and allowed an earlier check in. We would stay again.

  Location was amazing; within walking distance to Salty Dog, shops, bike rental, beach. VERY clean. No oven, which I didn’t realize, but had convection microwave. No balcony, which would have been super nice. And the only other thing I’d say is mattress should have a mattress pad under the sheets. We would stay again, tho b/c of location.

  We loved the place/location. The place was cold when we first arrived, but it warmed up rather quickly. Shower head was not the greatest pressure but it worked. Overall we had a great time. And would stay there again in the future.
