Great place/location for extended family vacation
5/5 This one will be a repeat in the future. Beautiful property with tons of room and parking. A great option for large family vacations. Compared to another recent rental rental for a family vacation on Crabline Ct (5BR, 5 1/2 bath, private pool and an elevator in the 3 story property), I'd take this one with a community pool shared by 12 units in 6 buildings because of the proximity to the beach. A short 5 to 8 minute walk across Folly Field Road down Huckleberry Lane and through Islanders Beach Park. The property management company quickly attended to any of our needs after checking in, which were less than few.
Perfect Getaway Location!!
5/5 A short walk to the beach, heated pool, hot tub, quiet location, and everything you can need in the home. We could not have asked for a better spot on HHI. The kids loved all the books, puzzles and games that were there. The rocking chairs on the porch were a nice Southern touch. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting here again!

5/5 Overall, excellent reviews. Had plenty of room for our 2 families. Short walk to beach was not bad at all. Only suggestion would be to have access to regular cable.

Perfect for family beach vacation!!
5/5 The open and charming living room and kitchen invited us to feel at home right away. The kitchen was well-equipped with EVERYTHING we needed. We had plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, etc. to get us through multiple meals without having to run the dishwasher several times a day. The large kitchen table, as well as the four bedrooms and baths, comfortably accommodated our group of 8-10 family and friends for the week. Every morning we would pull ourselves from our comfy beds (every one of our crew loved the beds!) to make our quick 3-minute walk to the beach to watch the sun rise. The townhouse location is great - nestled between the beach and beautiful Port Royal Golf Course. The front porch is equipped with 6 rocking chairs overlooking the pool and hot tub - great for reading, relaxing, visiting, and keeping an eye on kids at the pool area from the comfort of the porch. Every day, we enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub that sits under a partial canopy of southern pine and palmetto trees. The owner, Liz, was very responsive to questions and checked in with us several times before we arrived and throughout the week we were there to ensure our needs were being met. She also provided great recommendations of restaurants and activities. Can't say enough good about this vacation home! It was perfect for our family and we are looking forward to returning to make HHI a family tradition!
