  • Very clean cute condo

    We absolutely loved the little condo and how clean it was. We had a little trouble finding it at first because it is a whole community but once we did we were close to the pool and ponds. The beach access was a short drive and the beach was very secluded and wonderful. The staff was great to work with. The only feedback I will give is that the back yard is a little full of leaves/bugs/cobwebs and those spindle worm nests. Other than that it was great!

    The only negative was that the parking was terrible. Spaces were very small and was hard to get into and out of vehicle.

  • Hilton Head Stay - Queens Grant

    We have rented at Queens Grant Previously. This unit had some significant problems. The TV's did not work for the first two days as the Router had lost its software and needed to be rebooted. It took us a couple of days to fet a Hargray Technician to come to the Unit to get things straightened out. Additionally, the rear yard was not useable, needed to be cleaned up, and the front door was difficult to lock. The beds were also very hard. This unit is in need of some serious maintenance.

  • The property was in a great location for our pickleball tournament.

    The place smelled of dog. We are dog lovers, but this wasn’t except able. There were also several outlets that were dangerous. The beds were so hard that I slept on the couch after the first night.
