Racquet Club Villa rental
4/5 We were in HH to play some golf and relax. The property was clean but had a strong odor of bleach when we walked in. Had to open all windows which didn’t work so well. The bed on my husbands side had a deep depression. Said he felt like the mattress was leaning. Otherwise the property was okay

Great Location, Needs a Deep Clean
4/5 This condo was in a great location for Sea Pines. Less than 10min walk to Harbour Town and 5min walk to the Sea Pines shops area. The inside of the condo was updated well. Wish there was a better view of the golf course green as view was blocked by trees.
The biggest issue we had, preventing us from giving 5 stars, was with the cleanliness of the condo complex and the condo itself. The complex is in need of some big TLC, and the pool was dirty (did see a pool service company arrive on day we left). The inside of the condo is in need of a deep clean. Looks like the couches never have been cleaned and huge dust buildup under bed and couches. The outside porch was dirty.
Overall, with a good cleaning this would get 5 stars and we would certainly stay here again!
