nothing like how our maui condo was supplied for guests

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
-We are sorry to hear that you received a parking ticket before you hung up the parking pass in your car. Future guests must be sure to locate the pass in the condo and place it on their dashboard.
-We are surprised to hear that you did not find soap since we supply it in the kitchen along with dishwasher pods. We will discuss this matter with our service.
-We have had many of our beach towels taken or lost by previous guests which is why we no longer supply them. We apologize for how this may have inconvenienced you.
-We have also had some of our pans and iron taken from the unit as well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention; we have since purchased a new iron, hairdryer, and pans. We will be monitoring the supply of all these household items moving forward.

HILTON HEAD WEEK'S VACATION
3/5 I believe that the online pictures of property are misleading. Property is much older and smaller than we thought from the pictures. Also disappointed in the fact that no trash bags were provided for week's stay. Beds were not very comfortable.
