Super clean, quiet and close to the beach!
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. the condo is quiet and you're within 2 blocks of the nicest beach on HHI! Everything was easy about our stay and we look forward to renting again!
Needs a lot of work / do not stay as it is not clean
1/5 We wish that we could have stayed at another property the moment we walked in. Sour/musty/almost mildew smell throughout the place. Sand/dirt all over the floor. Food debris in the refrigerator. Blood stains and other stains on the sheets. Dried bits of food, fries and old socks wedged in the couch cushions. Dirty linens, hair on towels. The owners should know and be so very surprised at the management company that they are paying to "clean." I would not stay here. It needs such work to even come close to other rental properties that really want to offer a great place to stay. We tried to work this out with the HOA management/ cleaning company and they offered to renew the cleaning fee, but they did not deliver on their promise. Owners response: "Brooke, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We wish that if you were having issues you would have reached out to us to see if we could rectify them. We have a cleaning crew who does a good job and if you needed us to send them back out we could have done that. I checked with Evolve and there was no correspondence with them either so I'm not sure who you spoke to. We have had many satisfied guests who appreciated and enjoyed our home. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"
Great stay
5/5 Perfect for a family of 4. Walking distance to the beach. Safe area and close to trolley and shops. Place was clean and well equipped.

Great get away
5/5 Great property less than 3 minute walk to the beach. Clean apartment with great amenities and well decorated. Checkin and checkout was super smooth with great directions. Everything the advertised is correct!
