• Awesome for price!

  This was a spur of the moment 3 day trip that only got booked a couple weeks out so the price was great. The only negative thing I can say was that the matter bed was horrible! I would take the same place every single time for what we paid though! The area it was in was really quiet, has a beautiful private beach that was far enough away from the strip to be cozy but still close enough to anything needed. I will use these guys again for sure!

• Overall, a quaint community with direct beach access was great. Some of the details of the condo could be improved.

  The condo itself is small like advertised, which is what we expected. What we did not expect was the $20 parking for two days and not the $5 for two days that was advertised in the listing, as well as the paper thin walls in which we could hear the very loud neighbors upstairs who decided to move furniture 24/7. Additionally, the bed was rather uncomfortable and the couch was not big enough to comfortably fit two people. Overall, the quiet community and beach access was great, a few things could be upgraded about the condo but we enjoyed our stay enough.

  The bathroom was nicely remodeled. AC unit is nearing 40 yrs old. Stopped working the day we checked in, it was 80° inside. Our grandsons had to sleep with family in another unit, that was already full. We asked for hotel replacement after waiting 4 hrs on a definitive decision on repairing the unit. They insisted the would send someone by 10pm. Repair man got there at 11:30pm that night to fix it. we were hot & tired. Found broken vertical blind shade behind the one & only comfy chair. No place to relax. Keurig did not work, can't open kitchen cabinets easily because it had no handles, room was not cleaned and ready for 4pm checking, cleaning was quick & places were missed. Fridge is not balanced, door wouldn't stay open and would hit the island because of the cramped space. Bedroom door kept swinging closed and I cut my arm when I ran into the end of door coming back out. The mattress is doable but you could feel & hear springs popping when you moved. The Evolve contact, Meagan, offered to get us a refund for at least one night and 2 hr late check out due to the unbearable heat inside. I guess owners didn't want to do that because Meagan ghosted me after several phone calls. Condo was ddvertised thru VRBO but actual transaction and communication was thru Evolve. Meagan's email for check in instructions for door code in was wrong & we had to call as soon as we arrived. We were early so we went to the pool until the room was cleaned but it still wasn't done until a few minutes after 4pm. I gave Meagan several opportunities to get us a partial refund for our the first night. I even sent her a copy of this potential review to forward to the owner. She was VERY unprofessional in her response acting like she was texting with her BFF using silly emojis and jokingly replied, "Ok I'm not sure what the problem is with the check in and WiFi but ok" and after my detailed "long" response reminding her what happened, then asking if that jogged her memory she responded "Yes but why is that an issue. After 2 weeks of back & forth communications and waiting for a response....nothing. Good luck dealing with her.

• Good Location

  Definitely Minimalist. It was a little smaller that we were expecting, but it worked. Liked being on the 1st floor, across the street from the indoor pool, and tennis courts on the back side. My kids enjoyed all of the wildlife that was apart of the beach.
