Mold on steps entering condo. Scary when wet.
Front screen door did not shut correctly and makes lots of noise.
Need a large rug inside by front door due to tracking in of berries, dirt, wet, etc. Had to put down a beach towel.
Keurig leaked water. Not usuable.
Dishwasher did not work.
1 trash bag.
Several burnt out light bulbs. Owner did leave spares but is that our job?
Night stand lamp caused a spark when we set something down on night stand. When we inspected lamp, the cord was bare and pulled apart. Flame came out of outlet when attempting to unplug lamp.
Living room floor wavy and sub floor has soft spots.
Plate size water stain on living room ceiling.
Drywall in stairway needs maintenance. Seam tape loose. Several places.
Several live cockroaches spotted and killed in condo.
Vacuum cleaner very dirty inside. Perhaps a Swiffer and broom/dustpan would be nice.
Could not get sliding doors to lock.
Overall, we felt that the condo needed deep cleaning and maintenance. We felt like we overpaid for the 2 week rental because of the neglect. Reached out to our Guest Contact several times but no resolutions during our stay. Hopefully some type of amicable settlement can be reached.
We have stayed at several condos in Tree Tops and this condo was very disappointing. The location is great for us but this condo was dirty. The carpet was stained and didn't appear to be vacuumed. The front screen door needs replaced, slammed shut every timeit was opened. The couches in the family filthy. The area with the washer had towels shoved in the shelves and no clue if they were clean or dirty. Blinds broke in one of rooms. Left only one trash bag that had trash in it when we arrived. Keurig broke and unable to use. Overall, this condo needs updated with paint, carpet, furniture or at least clean it. DISAPPOINTED and will not return to this condo for sure.

On arrival of the unit, the storm door is offset which makes plenty of noise and the front door is dirty with mold like stains all over it. On entrance, the table and counters were not cleaned as they had debris on them, the stairs carpet was visibly dirty and there was notable dog hair scattered along the baseboards in the dining room/living room. The plates in the cupboard appeared clean but they were put away wet, leaving some water moisture there. There were very limited cups and spoons available and the pots/pans are at the end of their life.The living room flooring doesn't feel level and appears to be lifting in many places due to not being secured well. There is also a water/mold spot from damage on the living room ceiling. And although the dishwasher worked ok, it had a stench to it. There are many things that are outdated in the unit, but are functional.The pluses are that if you have a dog, there is plenty of grass/outdoor space for them, the tennis court is right outside the unit, parking is very close, it's a 15 min. short walk to Alder lane beach access.They have a strict noise policy, (that includes dogs) they outline in the unit guidelines. We would stay in this area again as we like South forest beach but we would not stay in this condo again.

Definitely not walk in distance to the beach ...front door lock was broken ..not worth the price you are paying for .. I am surprised they even asked for reviews 🤦♀️
