The batteries
4/5 The batteries in the keypad wasn't working upon arrival. Had to wait for security to come open the door

Great location, amazing balcony
4/5 Our favorite part of the condo was the amazing balcony. We had all of the amenities that we needed, but the cleanliness was not the greatest. The unit is very small, but we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful beaches, bike riding, and relaxing on the balcony.
