  As a frequent flier to HHI and S. Beach, I felt like the unit was up to par. All of these properties are old. This unit has had some updates. What I'd want to know before I went: 1) it's small. Guest bedroom very small2) kitchen is well appointed. Everything you need - but small3) outdoor deck is great4) walk to the pool is a distance - not at all marked5) parking is tight - basically a one lane road - but not6) the unit is very quiet. No outside noise at all7) the walk to the beach is .35 miles about 9 minutes. The bathroom near the beach - excellent - Game Changer8) the foyer area is tiny. 32" x 40". Closet is full of owners "toys" so there is literally no where to put your chairs, bags, etc. As a result you track a lot of sand inside. Thankfully there was a vacuum - we used everyday9) one AC unit struggles to regulate the upstairs and downstairs. We were warm upstairs at night but freezing downstairs. 10) internet and cable worked greatThis was a fun girls trip - 2 mothers 2 daughters. The unit worked ok for us. The owner was very accommodating to allow us to check in early when we arrived.

  Amazing! Clean. Beautiful and well kept. All the amenities you could ask for. Beach was close and pool was amazing. Family had a blast. Close to all the great restaurants and shopping centers.

• Family fun getaway

  This property is perfect for a young family. The two bedrooms are next to each other on the second floor. This made it quite convenient for us to keep an eye on the girls while they slept. It was very nice to have access to hoses both at front and back of condo. Great proximity to on-site pool. Easy walk to beach. The beach supplies were also a plus. Less things for us to pack. Looking forward to staying again!

• Great place for a beach getaway

  Great location with easy walking to beach. This place had everything we were looking for. We rented bikes for the week and riding on the beach was on of the best memories.

• Beach Vacation

  The manager was very friendly and responded to us. The property was not necessarily dirty but wasn't perfectly clean. The extra bedroom was uncomfortably warm. The ceiling fan and floor fan did not provide relief. The kitchen was well stocked, the appliances all worked well and the shopping and restaurants were close by. The parking is very tight and there is no cable TV in the living room. We enjoyed our time and vacation. The villa was just slightly different than we expected. We definitely appreciated the owner and manager giving g us access a few hours early and both were very accommodating.

  Hi Jeffery, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay overall, but we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following:
  - The owners have the air conditioner serviced twice per year, and it will be done again soon in September. They will have the second bedroom airflow looked at to ensure it is not blocked.
  - All three TVs at the property have Hargray cable and Roku. The property manager confirmed that it was working before your stay, but we're sorry you had trouble with it. The owners will double-check to ensure that the TVs and cable are working for future guests.
  The owners always try to accommodate guests as best as possible, and we look forward to this home hosting many satisfied guests!
