  This place is ideal for couples or small families. It’s clean and well stocked with all creature comforts, kitchen items, 3 TVs, and beach paraphernalia. Plenty of privacy in this end unit which is situated close to everything in the complex - clubhouse, pool, barbecue, etc. It’s peaceful sitting out in the deck listening to the birds while drinking morning coffee. The grounds, jacuzzi and pools are well kept. We played pickleball with other guests in the mornings and it’s a short walk (or drive) to the beach. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for another great experience here!

• Cute Condo!

  We stayed here for a golf tournament so I can’t speak to the beach or the beach access, but it looked like it was right across the street. As for the condo, it was just as pictured, clean, cute - nicely decorated. They did a nice job with their porch. We actually sat out there and had a glass of wine. The condo had everything you need including paper products, which was great for us bc we were basically swooping in for the weekend after already being away for spring break. The complex looks a little older but probably similar to a lotof properties on Hilton Head, but this unit was updated and perfect for our family and what we needed it for. We spent all day at the golf tournament and it was nice to come back to a clean, cute condo. The owner was very responsive, let us check in early, sent us some recommendations. The drive into Sea Pines was easy. We would have done bikes if we had them but I think that’s a little bit of a ride. But there were people riding bikes everywhere! The complex has a pool, which again, we were there for golf so we didn’t take advantage of these amenities. I liked that this unit faced a golf course, so it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it. I am not very familiar with HH, but friends from the area like Folly Field beach. They said it’s popular in the summer. There are no surprises, except that it’s as cute as pictured!

  Condo is clean and comfortable. Have everything you need and more even got a personal delivery of a cast iron pan for baking dutch babys 😊 quick responses too! We left a few things and the owners are mailing them back thanks! The location was a great little six minute walk to the very pretty beach, with equipment like a wagon it made it easy. it’s also close to Shelters cove and plenty of restaurants. For our preferences we are seniors, so we did find the couch and toilet low for us, and we would have preferred a regular little table and chairs on the patio to enjoy breakfast outside. the ledge and barstool setup isn’t for everyone.

  We went there for our sons spring break - they loved everything about the place. I was afraid they were going to run out of things to do - but they stayed busy(and entertained) the entire time. There is a couple of bars within walking distance for the adults, and most restaurants are a within a 15 minute drive. The place was very clean and the owner said she will be updating the appliances this summer (we had no issues with the operation of anything though). She was extremely communicative and really felt invested in ensuring we had everything we needed!

  We loved this property which is tucked away in a quiet location in Folly Field. The unit is clean and well equipped with creature comforts, kitchen paraphernalia, and 3 TVs with Spectrum cable and plenty of streaming services.

  We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the balcony of this end unit overlooking a golf course. Some may be bothered by 15 minutes of noise from lawn mowers on the green each morning around 7am but we weren’t.

  We played pickleball with other guests at the property, and swam in both pools which are well maintained.

  The hosts were highly accommodating and readily available to answer any questions we had. We would not hesitate to return here.
