Great Getaway
5/5 It has been over ten years since we last vacationed in Hilton Head. We were looking for a quiet, clean place close to the ocean, but not overly expensive. The condo was very clean, well stocked with necessities and was a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Daniel was very responsive and overall the condo was just as advertised. Excellent stay!

First family trip to HHI!
5/5 My husband and I brought our one year old son to HHI for the first time and loved our stay here! The listing is just as pictured. The location is perfect to just walk across the street to the beach or jump on our bike rentals to head to the plaza. The townhome is fully stocked with everything you need including a wagon to take the the beach! The deck is also peaceful and a bonus that made this really feel like home. We lost power while there and the host was so quick to communicate and resolve it. There were two very minor details we weren't crazy about: the sheets were scratchy/rough and loud and the place was ready for a deep clean, i.e. fans were very dirty and dead bugs in window sills, but nothing that would prevent us from booking again or thatmade us feel like we should notify the cleaning crew. We loved our whole trip to the island and can't wait to come back next year!

- Thank you for bringing the sheets and cleanliness items to our attention. We recently had to hire a new cleaner who is still working to correct issues from the old cleaner. We try to notify all our guests in advance if they find something concerning, please let us know during your stay so it can be corrected immediately. I have inspected the home myself and all issues have since been resolved.

5/5 After a VERY long trip, it was nice to come into a place so nice! It truly was a home away from home. Was a quick walk to the beach. Close to lots of shopping and dining options. Everyone in the complex and surrounding area was so nice. It had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely recommend and we will most definitely be back! Thank you for a great family Holiday getaway!

Excellent location and good value for the accommodations
5/5 The property was conveniently located to many offerings in Hilton Head. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very accommodating.The property itself was efficiently laid out and had the comforts of home. Even shampoo in the showers and a washer/dryer with detergent on the ready! A dishwasher too!Overall, a nice stay and an excellent value for the location and accommodations.
