Lovely stay!
5/5 Lovely place with a great location and easy walk to the beach. The screened porch was very relaxing. The only thing I would encourage the owner to do is have a book available with location of where to put garbage, recycling, location of pools and maybe a few other things to do in the area. A minor thing is we did not realize at the facility only had starter supplies we would have brought extra trash bags, dishwasher soap and TP. We enjoyed the place and would stay here again!

Best Experience - Bri's Engagement
5/5 My daughter was getting engaged on the beach. We had a fabulous stay starting with the VRBO we rented. It was perfect. Roomy and clean. Trish, the Property Manager, was fabulous and always available to answer questions.

Check out time
2/5 Was playing the State Tennis Championship needed a 2 hour delay in check out due to match and needing shower and it was denied. Property had seen its better days. Stayed there 10 years ago in same development and property has gone down hill.

Hi Roy, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and we'd like to address the following:
- The owner always tries to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout when possible. Unfortunately, they were not able to allow you a late checkout, as they had guests arriving the same day, and the cleaners needed the full time to get the villa ready. We're happy to hear they were able to provide an early check-in.
- There is some new development in the surrounding area, but it is a great area, and we provide a map listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the property and neighborhood prior to booking.
- We use professional photography so the features you see on the listing are as advertised. Also, the owner has plans to make updates in the near future.
The owners are committed to making every guest experience enjoyable, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!Excellent!!!!
5/5 Our stay was AMAZING!!! We don't get away as often as we like with 2 teenagers so it was a perfect getaway. The condo was Gorgeous and so unbelievably relaxing; I didn't want to leave. We loved every minute. Thank you!
