  I traveled with my wife & 3 children (ages 10, 5, & 1). The space was nicely decorated & renovated. The LVP floor was spotless, which was great b/c we have a crawler. The unit was easy to find & the kids loved the balcony/creek overlook area. There were 5-6 stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible for anyone who needs that. The children's room setup was perfect for us. Each child had their own spacious bed. The kitchen had utensils, dishes, paper towels, a Keurig, & other necessities (BYO K-pods). However, the condo was not as clean as I expected it to be from the reviews. It clearly had not been dusted in months. There was a 1/2 inch thick layer of dust atop the TV stand in the master bedroom & other places. I scratched a lot b/c I'm a bit sensitive to dust & dust mites. The 3 top bed covers & 1 bedskirt in the kids' room had stains on them. The sheets & pillowcases were clean & white, but (as former hotel housekeeping staff), I could tell that they don't wash the top cover regularly (comforter/blanket). None of the throw pillows had been washed in a while either. There were at least 7 in the condo (on the couches & beds). They had drool stains, food stains, & smudges on them. Those are easy to toss in the wash & let them air dry every few months. There was a big dollop of something on the wall near the light-switch plate in the kids room. It was the first thing I saw b/c we walked right in & laid our sleeping baby in bed. It looked like someone took a tablespoon full of cooked oatmeal & smeared it on the wall on their way out. Not sure what it was. Luckily we always travel with Lysol Wipes & spray. We gave the condo a quick spray & wipe before we could get comfy. The beach gear on the balcony was worn-out & dusty. The Master Bed could be bigger, felt like a Full size. Im 6'3, 285 lbs for the record. IMO, the check-out time needs to be adjusted. This condo is geared towards fams w/ kids, likely out-of-towners. Checking out BEFORE 10am is just not convenient. To be clear, it is BEFORE 10am, not AT 10am. Housekeeping started banging on our door at 9:25am on check-out day. They came back at 9:40 & 9:50. They stood in the doorway waiting for us to leave. It was very uncomfortable & rude. I understand having to get ready for the next guest by 4pm. But, I'd rather just pay $1 per minute late check-out fee than to be stood over like a child. As pushy as they were for us to leave so they could clean, you'd expect the place to be spotless. It wasn't.

  Great condo for young kids, easy walk to beach (wagon included), play ground, and pool. Bike rentals available at the property although the bikes are not the greatest, they did the job. Couple of quirks with the condo but overall I’d give it a 4.5, it worked great for our family!
