Great value
5/5 This place was a great value for the price paid. Nice pools, short walk to the beach, and the owner is great to work with. It’s definitely an older building, but again it was a good value for the price paid.

4/5 The condo and property were good. Clean and adequate size. The amenities (pools, hot tub, sauna, workout area) were great! Condo kitchen was limited with cooking supplies.The beach was awful. Marshy and not what we expected. We had to go to the public beach at Coligny. That beach was nice so it worked out. If you plan on doing a lot of beach time-not the location for you. If you aren’t big on beach days- you’ll be fine.

Family vacation
5/5 Nice location away from the crowds but close to very nice beaches, Folly Field was great. The apartment suited us well and was very clean, though the complex is older. The outdoor pools were small, we didn’t use them, however the indoor pool was nice. The beach is lovely to walk on and see the sunrise and lots of birds around.
