Dirty - you can find better
1/5 This property was dirty, grimy, and in need of a deep clean. We also saw two roaches. Please DO NOT book this one if you care about cleanliness rental. The air filters looked like that hadn't been changed in years. Property was very damp and musty feeling. Overall just gross.

Hi Megan, the homeowners were surprised by your review, as they have not had any complaints since switching cleaning services earlier this year.
- They assured us that the home was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your arrival, and no issues were found.
- The entire complex is treated monthly for pests, and recent guests have not reported seeing any sort of bugs.
- The homeowner changes the air filter regularly, and this was just done in May.
- They also let us know that there has never been an issue with dampness in the unit, even on humid days.
We are confident that future guests will find this home clean and comfortable!Great location!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay! Great location near beach and restaurants and shopping. The place felt beachy inside, with a comfy king bed and very clean! We enjoyed board games and used grill to cook great meals. Piggly wiggly has fresh seafood walking distance. We got to walk everyday. Thank you!

Great condo...Great vacation!
5/5 This condo was very neat & beautifully furnished and was well equipped with everything we could possibly want or need for our beach vacation! This condo had lots of closet/storage space for our clothes. There was a wagon to carry all of our beach stuff on our 10 minute walk to the beach. There were beach chairs, beach toys & numerous beach towels for our use. The patio had very comfortable furniture and a gas grill. This condo complex had a beautiful pool with comfortable lounge chairs & the pool was well maintained. This condo is close to many restaurants and Coligny Plaza's many shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to rent this unit again!

Beautiful but NOT CLEAN AT ALL
1/5 Property is decorated well. The outside gate was broken, and weeds and grass were everywhere. Inside..... our sheets looked like someone had laid in the bed and never changed the sheets. Other bed was ok. We washed them ourselves once we seen this. Sand was all over downstairs. Fan in living room never worked. Carpets needs to be cleaned, and the walls need paint. It could be such a worthPlace, but we won't be staying again.

-We can confirm that the house was cleaned and inspected before your arrival.
-The owners will be at the property next week to address the weeds and grass, as well as the ceiling fan, and paint issues.
-The upstairs carpeting is brand new, and the area rug in the living room will be replaced.
