Great location
5/5 We had a fantastic week at Seaside Villas! Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It's OK
3/5 This is our 8th Spring Break on HHI. Our 3rd time in Sea Side Villas. We rented this unit because of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The price reflects the amenities (beat-up). But not the location of the unit in the building. The price should be lower to compensate for the view and the noisy elevator right next to the master bedroom window.The descriptions goes over what is included, but doesn't mention that:- the unit is next to an elevator- beach chairs are NOT included (I've never stayed in a rental that doesn't include beach chairs, Hilton Head or not)- the view from the balcony is probably one of the worst ones in the buildingNeighborhood is great! Close to shopping, restaurants, Pope Ave, Van Der Meer Tennis and Sea Pines 2nd gate. Check in was easy. Communication with the owner was great. Cancellation policy and fees are one of the best on VRBO.We will be back to HHI for many more years, but NOT to this unit.

"We are glad you enjoyed the convenient location of our home and ease of check-in, but sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your stay. Feedback is always welcome as we endeavor to provide each guest with a 5-star experience.
• While we haven't received reports from prior guests regarding noise, our apologies that it disrupted your stay.
• The reason that we don't have beach chairs is because of the limited space of the home. There is no room to store them, and bringing them through the condo to the balcony would track in the sand.

4/5 Condo was very nice, but didn't have any beach stuff (chairs, cooler, towels), so bring your own. Sunbathing platform was great, as was beach access. A little over-priced for what you got.

Good place for a retired couple and one adult.
4/5 The property was not ready when we arrived. A disappointment after being on the road for several hours. Roxie took care of this promptly. The elevator did not work, making things difficult to move in/out. BUT, the price was more than fair, and location was very good for a short vacation for a retired couple and adult son.

Very responsive landlord!!
5/5 Property was the perfect size for my small family of 4. My 5-year-old loved to sleep in the bunk beds. We had the perfect amount of room for a pack and play in the second bedroom. Property was a very short walk from the beach. We had two minor issues and the owner and property management company were extremely responsive in solving the issuesWe plan to stay here again!!
