With so many area attractions within walking distance, the wonderful island of Hilton Head is a beach lover's paradise. A quick 0.7-mile stroll will take you to Coligny Beach Park offering outdoor showers, changing rooms, and several lounging options - the perfect amenities that elevate a day of sand-filled fun!
When you get hungry, simply roam through Coligny Plaza across the street to find an abundance of restaurants such as Crave by Daniel's, The Porch Southern Kitchen and Bar, and Big Bamboo Cafe. Also in the plaza are various shops, a movie theater, and bike rental stores!
For a breath of fresh air, meander over to the beautiful Sea Pines Forest Preserve to discover the 4,000-year-old Sea Pines Shell Ring and walk through the scenic marshes filled with wildlife. This area also has trails for biking, boat tours, and seasonal events that the whole family will enjoy!
Golf enthusiasts will love playing a round at the Shipyard Golf Club, home to 27 holes that are surrounded by flourishing Carolina pine trees and blooming magnolias. Other nearby golf areas include Heron Point by Pete Dye, Harbor Town Golf Links, and Long Cove Club.

Every thing you need in HH
4/5 Property was great for the 5 of us. Good location, short drive to the beach. Plenty of seating space.Unfortunately we found out about the trolley the day before we left. Overall, main spaces were clean but there were some places that needed a little more attention.

Great location!
5/5 The unit is well maintained with 3-1/2 baths and comfortable beds. The TVs all have full cable, and the location can't be beat! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location adjacent to Coligny
5/5 We needed a place that was pretty close to Sea Pines for a family event and this fit the bill. It was my husband, two kids (11 & 4) and my elderly father and we had plenty of room. For a condo it is pretty spacious and all the bathrooms were updated. The first floor master was great and accessible for my father who has some issues with tubs/showers. I will note I missed that it was on the second floor of the complex, so there is one flight of stairs (but that was my fault not the listings), however my father navigated it just fine!The kitchen had everything we needed, but we did not cook with oven/stove. It was really nice to have a 1/2 bath attached to family room which has newer furniture that in listing pictures. It was also nice to have the ensuite bath for the kids room and t.v.'s in each room. We had no issues with accessing cable/Roku but there was a missing cable remote in the lower master suite (not an issue my father didn't even watch tv). The area was quiet and parking was right outside the unit and clearly marked. The only issue we had was the thermostat. It would have been nice for some instructions on use because we woke up in the middle of the night to temp of almost 80 degrees (it was November and outside temp dropped below 45 at night). We had turned on the heat to 74 degrees and I'm not sure what happened with the Nest thermostat. There were some beach items for the kids we took for playing in the sand and they also provided chairs and a smaller cooler that we didn't use. Overall, we would stay here again and would love to see what it has to offer in the warmer months. The pool right out the back patio looked great! It is definitely biking distance to beach or Coligny and is central to many restaurants and stores. Thanks!
