Ten day stay with two couples
4/5 The location of this property was perfect. We rented bikes and biked the beach and to restaurants and shopping in Coligny plaza. Lots of options for shopping very close out on the highway. The location of the condo within Evian is also perfect. It is a two minute walk to the pool.Kitchen was well outfitted and living room was comfortable. The place could use some TLC to fix screens with large holes, replace rusted closet shelving, remove the clock that doesn’t work, clear out old tv, screen door from closet.Bathrooms and kitchen counters were clean but we had to run a vacuum and shake out rugs when we arrived.
