No cable, slow internet, uncomfortable bed!!!
1/5 Cons: Don’t do it!!! When we got to the villa, it was 54 degrees inside. We called Jeff and he was out of town. Made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He tried to walk us through the ac/heat process, but it was still blowing out cold air. He contacted the owners and they called a heating company that showed up 4 hours later. Evolve refunded us a night for our inconvenience. Two flat screen TVs that were useless because there’s no cable. The Internet is so slow! Hooked up my Hulu account to watch sports and it buffered every 10 seconds. The Queen bed was so uncomfortable! Woke up with a sore neck. The floors were dirty and we had to wear socks. Killed a spider on my sons twin bed. We decided to leave a day early…just wanted one good nights rest and to watch something on tv without it buffering. Pros: Easy check-in/check-out system, keyless entry, 5 minute walk to the beach, Hilton Head Island is beautiful.

Great property.
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is steps away from the pool and is in a great section of the island. Was very quiet and quite relaxing. Host was tremendous to work with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Great location
4/5 We had a nice week at the beach. Jeff was highly responsive and easy to work with and attentive. We had trouble with the TV and he replaced it as quickly as he could.Location was great and not too far of a walk to the beach for older kids and able adults. Probably 8-10 min walk to very nice beach. Easy bike ride to Coligny. This unit is very close to the pool in the complex (which was also nice - we used it several times). Unit looks like it is in the middle of some upgrades, some kitchen appliances were new (stove and dishwasher seemed new) but utensils and kitchenware could use some replacement. Very few drinking glasses, few bowls, toaster lever had to be held down to function, no can opener, no garbage disposer, no ice maker. Bare bones in the kitchen basically. Mattresses could use an upgrade too (if I came back to this unit I'd bring my own bottom sheets). A little more love and this unit could be 5 star.
