HOT WATER…NOT
2/5 We arrived on Friday afternoon around 4 PM. The bluebird bungalow from the outside look very nice, not in the best part of town, but it was accommodating for the two days that we were going to be in Greenville. Once we went in it was well decorated and clean. No issues there. We were there for our son’s baby shower and we were going to meet them for dinner on Friday night. It came time to take a shower. We realize there’s no hot water. We contacted the property host and from there our weekend went downhill. The property host stated that he would have a plumber come out to the property and check out the issue. That never happened. Both Saturday and Sunday morning before leaving we were still without hot water, and by Saturday night the property host was unavailable to answer our text. We have all our conversations via text and pictures that we sent to the property host regarding the issue with the tankless water heater, and that issue was never resolve. We have rented from VRBO many times, and we have never had this issue. This was the worst experience ever renting from VRBO

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. When we spoke we attempted to troubleshoot the hot water heaters concerns with you and were unable. We did reach out to our plumber who was unavailable for this last-minute request however, we were glad to be able to restore the hot water during your stay. The Bluebird bungalow is a luxury home to stay at which includes every amenity one could need or want.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!Wonderful Stay!
5/5 We had a great experience at the bluebird bungalow. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. The house is in a great location, close to downtown, and there is a food Lion minutes away that you can walk to. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for future needs.
