  The worst negative was no live TV. It gave us only streaming, so we were unable to watch any live college football games on Saturday, and we were very, very unhappy about that. (We could not view any live anything.) The couch was really uncomfortable. Several of the pans which were available for cooking had Teflon peeling off of the cooking surfaces. No one should have to eat Teflon along with their food, so we couldn't use them. There was no stand on which to place a suitcase, and no place to put folded clothes away. The refrigerator froze our eggs, and we could not find that it had any temperature control knob. There are numerous trip hazards in the unit (different floor elevations and raised areas in the doorways.) Otherwise, it was a adequate unit. Location was perfect. The wooded lot was nice.

  -"We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our listing states that we provide a Smart TV without specifying Live TV as an option, and it appears there might have been some differing expectations that influenced your overall impression.
  -Previous guests have made adjustments to the refrigerator temperature. The control knob is located on the interior of the appliance, positioned upwards.
  -We were surprised to learn about the condition of our pans, as they were in good condition during our last use this summer. Nonetheless, we have arranged for a new set to be provided to ensure an improved cooking experience for future guests.
  -Regarding the tripping hazards, we have transitions in place to cover the wood-to-carpet changes, which are visible in our listing photos. We'll review the situation to ensure everything is in order.

• Beautiful Cottage

  My daughter and I were so comfortable and happy we chose this cottage! All the amenities with all of nature surrounding you. Great food! Delivered or eating out. Scenic drives and so peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend this cottage and plan on returning to it again later this summer!

• Cottage in the hills

  Beautiful cottage. If you are looking for a place out of the way of business, this is the place. I travelled to Greenville everyday. Easy drive. Was nice to come back to a quiet place.

  Nice and relaxing. Two different areas to relax outside. Both covered, one screened in. Nice area and would book again.

• Peaceful and accommodating

  We had an ideal Spring Break relaxing in Greenville. The cottage was just what we needed! It is peaceful and very well appointed. We wanted for nothing. The location was perfect for us to travel to everything we wanted to see, in fact most things were even closer than we thought. Very private, felt very safe.

• Perfect weekend getaway
