  Enjoyed our stay here, very clean and comfortable accommodation. Unable to exit to backyard for our dog as the rain was pouring from roof over the doorway. The porch light wasn’t working which made it difficult with the heavy rain but all in all great place to stay.

  Rented the house for a long weekend with the family and it was great. Good location, convenient to everything. Very clean and as described in the ad and photos. Would definitely stay there again. Host was very helpful and responsive as well.

• Easter weekend

  We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was nice and spacious for our family as we enjoyed spending Easter weekend with our young adult kids. The decor, furniture, and appliances are all modern and updated, and the house was very clean and well -maintained. Although there's plenty of space for a larger one, the dining table is tiny! We would have loved to have been able to sit around the table together for meals but it only seats 4. Definitely would stay again here!

  This rental was perfect. The property host was kind and prompt in communicating. She was able to answer our questions and made our family feel welcome and at home during our stay. The place was clean, accessible and in a great location. Being close to the nature preserve afforded the family a chance to enjoy the natural beauty of the area and a chance to walk off some of those extra holiday calories. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Greenville area. -The Washingtons

• Do NOT Stay Here

  If you are looking for something in a nice area, close to Downtown Greenville do not book this house. Nowhere in the listing did it say this was located in a not-so-nice area. Right outside, and on your way into where the house is out is a run-down part of Greenville. There was no fence in the extremely small backyard for my granddaughter to go out a play. The neighbor that lives two houses up has a pit bull that just roams around, and we were scared to have a grandchild out there with the dog just going where it wants. Call the housing manager and she didn't give a crap really when I spoke to her. The neighbor didn't either when we approached him. I was charged the animal deposit which I shouldn't have been because my dog is a service animal. By federal law, I cannot be charged any type of fee for a service animal, because it's just like having medication. This I will be taking up with VBRO and my lawyer. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking not to choose this location. Customer service was bad, the location horrible, and the home had no fence.

  Hi Bianca, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
  - The home is located in a nice brand new subdivision within minutes of Conestee park. We also include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard.
  - We do not advertise having a fence, but the property is on a corner lot with a large front yard for guests to enjoy.
  - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighbor’s pets are simply out of our control. We've never experienced issues with this dog in the past.
  - We were not notified of the dog at the property, which is why a pet fee was initially charged.
