Anniversary GVL Getaway
4/5 The overall experience was good. The location was very convenient to downtown Greenville within 2.5 miles.The neighborhood was a little sketchy and noisy at times. Lots of barking dogs in the neighborhood. The house itself was well equipped with everything you could need. Back deck was pleasant to sit have coffee and relax.

5/5 Loved the house perfect for us a 2 medium dogs. Backyard is fenced and that’s nice but had to be cautious of neighbors dogs but totally not an issue. Basic linens but to use that was perfect. Comfy couch and open kitchen. Worked remotely while there so good internet. Parking pad small in front. I would not trust street parking so really 1 car. Neighborhood has its sketchy areas but we had no trouble. We would utilize again for sure. Time to cut the grass and weed though:). We also brought window plants to life - no water. Thanks

Cute rental
4/5 The property was very clean & offered a modern kitchen & comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the deck on sunny days.

Quick concert trip
5/5 Cute little house that suited our weekend needs. Our family enjoyed our stay. Only 2.7 miles from the concert we attended. The extra throw blankets were great for the cold days. The house was clean and equipped. The Shim Creek pictures were a great reminder of home.

Great house but will not come back due to safety concerns
2/5 The house itself had everything we needed but unfortunately we had a terrible incident with the neighbor and his dog’s attacked our dogs right at the front door. Luckily we had our dogs leashed, obeyed commands, and are large or else they would have been seriously injured. Between that and him playing extremely loud music that kept us from sleeping well into the AM, we will not be coming back. I’ve sent an email to management but have not received a response.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're so sorry to hear that you were concerned for your safety. Providing a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests is at the forefront of our mission. I have spoken with the neighbor. He expressed regret that his dogs accidentally got loose and assured me that he will not let it happen again. I expressed to him that if it did happen again, I will have no choice but to report the incident to the appropriate authorities, as the safety of my guests and their pets is of utmost concern.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!
