Comfortable home
4/5 The house is very comfortable. We had a large group and we had more than enough space. Each family had a bedroom and we all fit quite comfortably. The kids had a great time. In the mornings it was so beautiful to see the deers right in the backyard. The owner of the home was easily communicable. There are just 2 things I'd wish were better- 1 is the hot water when you shower runs out quickly and 2 the home is equipped with washer and dryer but its not available for use. Overall though the home is enjoyable and the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We would like to come back possibly during the summer.

College Party House
1/5 This home was full of trash picked stained furniture and overall disgusting. Only renters that would make sense would be for a college aged party where cleanliness and comfort are not a concern. The neighborhood is very run down. The upstairs bathroom sink was unusable due to hair/scum reflux when turned sink on. I could go on but you get the point.
