3/5 The house and property were a bit run down in places but generally OK. Both could use some upkeep but nothing fatal to our stay.

Dont ever rent this place.
1/5 I am very unhappy with my stay there. All things I was promised with my ad in renting the house. I did not receive. If I know this I would of rent another house.
1. Pool and lake ( in ad for house) not available
2. Patio is unclean
3. Chair are unclean
4. All windows were open and 2nd floor sliding door with queen bed. Doesn't lock. Lock is broken. Had to use a wood to jam the door to be safe at night.
5 . Never bin to house or hotel. That didnt supply towels
6. Fire pit ( unclean)
7. Grill both nasty and unclean( can use) was expected to barque those days there and I couldn't .
After email them. They never got back to me ever. Try calling them. U can't. Excuse "they gave they are away. So please email them". Useless

Ok stay
4/5 House could be kept cleaner. Fire pit area needed to be cleaned up before we used it. When we went to use grill it looked not to have been cleaned in a long time. Decided against using it. Honestly believe owner might want to check on the cleaning staff's job when they are done.
