upon arrival, the toilets were stuffed full with beans from a broken beanbag chair, plumbing was messed up the entire stay I contact the Darla, who was the cleaning and contact person. she advised the owner was RACIST and that if we are WHITE something would have been done. The basement game room has no heat. They have a tiny space heater down there, but there is 2x4 pieces of felt that looks like carpet in the pictures so they all came up from the floor as you walk and it was as cold as it was outside down the basement, so the game room was not able to be used! The knobs on the stove do not fit, so when you go to use the stove, they get extremely hot and fall off. During this day, I was told by Darla that she would be able to fix the plumbing. She never came. She advised that the owners did not have the money to pay her since I did not go through on PayPal for some reason and cash app. I called evolve and they advised Saturday morning that the owner was trying to send a plumber out what you never happened so during the entire stay each time any of the eight occupants tried to even pee in the toilet it would overflow imagine how that was for the entire stay!!!! then to be told that the owner is racist if we were white, something would've been done it came to me that I had to of been true because nothing was done the entire stay!!!!!

-We have high standards of hospitality for our property to ensure our guests have a positive stay. We're truly sorry to hear that you didn't have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide
-We are very sorry that you had to deal with plumbing issues during your stay. We would not want any guest to have to tolerate this inconvenience. Unfortunately, we could not resolve the issue quicker. We would have had a plumber there the day the issue became apparent but the service was not available during your stay. Nonetheless, after your stay, as soon as the concern was raised we checked out all the bathroom toilets- they were operational and had no signs of overflowing
-While we do apologize for the circumstances that caused you to be unhappy. We hope the generous measures taken to make things right helped make up for some of the inconvenience. We hope the full refund granted helped make up for any inconvenience you felt
-While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We have house rules in place for the safety of our home and guests. We were disappointed to find the condition your group left the home
-All of the rules were violated causing an inconvenience to the property. We were disappointed to find damaged carpet, garbage, and food throughout the basement. Unfortunately, we had to spend extra time and expenses to get the home ready for the next guests. We kindly ask that guests follow our house rules and be respectful of our home That way, everyone can fully enjoy their trip
-We also recognized that the cleaning was not meeting our expectations and closed the property for a month to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded. Also, we switched to a new cleaning service so that future guests will not share the same experience
