Great location and perfect size
5/5 This home was perfect for a ski trip weekend for 7 adults. House is close to the mountain and a lot of other restaurants. Would rent again

Pocono r&r weekend
4/5 Property was nice interior clean but things that need attention are kitchen pots and pans need to be updated along with no teaspoons at all should supply hand towels for bathroom and kitchen and foot towels for bathrooms otherwise had a pleasant stay

Nice place to stay with teens.
4/5 Well laid out for our needs that included 3 generations of our family, grandparents, parents and 3 teenage grandkids. Game room was ideal for them. Kitchen worked well for all and we had deer in the backyard. Fireplace was nice. All in all a nice stay.

Nice property but…
4/5 Positives:Location was excellent Communication with realtor and property manager were excellent Negatives:The place needs a lot of TLC. The cookware was limited and in very poor condition.The kitchen was adequately equipped but in poor condition. The dishwasher was not attached to the counter and fell out every time the racks were pulled out even a little. It was not cleaned to the fullest. I needed to clean the toaster oven before I used it and it wasn’t in the best working order. The drawers were sticky and the drawers had lots of crumbs inside. Not enough flatware.The bathrooms were clean but the rugs were very old and dirty looking. The towels were very old and needed to be replaced. We went out and bought wash cloths because there weren’t enough.There was a very sweet but noxious odor maybe from too much deodorizing spray. The bed clothes were clean but had a similar odor maybe from a perfumed detergent. Just too strong and eye burning.A lot of the blinds were missing wands and were hard to open and close. It’s a shame that someone would buy a property that could be so nice yet let it get so run down. We will not be returning to this townhome.
