CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is located to the right of the front door. The code is 0713
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

UPON ARRIVAL:
-- Proceed to bedroom on the left at back of property
- In the electric panel in the left corner, switch on the water pump breaker and switch on the hot water heater breaker ( you can turn this on and off as and when needed)
- Switch both off when leaving

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the gas if the fireplace was used
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs to access with a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor
- The gas to the fireplace is turned off. Guests may turn the gas on to use the fireplace but must turn the gas off upon departure
- Guests do not have access to community amenities
- To switch on the TV upstairs: Use the remote and turn on the TV. It must be on HDMI2 then use the firestick center button. The pass code on the Firestick is 1061

TO START THE GAS FIRE:
1. Open bottom vent
2. Turn on gas ( valve on left hand side). ON is in line with pipe OFF is at right angles
3. Turn operating valve on the underside of the fire to PILOT position. Hold this in and simultaneously keep pressing in the igniter switch to the right until the pilot ignites ( back right hand side)
Keep holding in for around 15 seconds, release and turn the valve to the ON position. The pilot should stay lit
- When you want to use the fire, turn on and off with the small switch box to the right hand side of the fire
- When leaving turn off the gas at the gas valve on the left
- The gas fire is now on, use the switch on the outside right to switch on
