• Great winter escape

  House and amenities were updated, clean and all in working order. Actual wood burning fireplace was amazing as well. Had everything we could ask for, and hosted 8 adults comfortably. Would probably work well for up to 10 adults. Will definitely be returning in the future.

• Few issues but worked on resolution

  Stay we 4 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of room for all! Really nice house with an amazing game room, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, beautiful porch, and in a fantastic location near ice cream, restaurants, hardware stores, grocery stores, breweries, etc. The basketball hoop was damaged, there was one working shower at the time of our stay, the hot water goes super quick and apparently you have to wait between showers for it to come back (not very good for 11 guests at a time) and cleaning lady was late to finish cleaning when we arrived and we had to wait an hour on the porch for her to finish. Wifi also went out for most of our trip. Diana did allow us to stay an extra two hours on checkout and through Diana and evolve, we were issued a small refund for some of these issues which helped out. Overall, the house is great! Just make sure two working showers, know the basketball hoop isn’t useable, and the court in the back is like an ice skating rink if at all damp or wet and you will be fine. I gave 4 stars trying to put our (hopefully) unique issues aside and mainly focusing on the fact that the hot water is hard to keep hot for a large party of guests.

• Beautiful Poconos Getaway

  We loved our weekend getaway with two other families here! The house was comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked. There were lots of books and toys for our little ones (ages 3, 2, 1, and newborn) and we enjoyed cooking together, playing games, and going in the hot tub. Would definitely return here!
