  Beautiful home and great location. Host was initially responsive during check-in and first night, but wasn't available to answer a minor question the next day. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and would recommend to others!

  On the first night, we quickly realized that there was a leak. Whenever the upstairs shower was on, the water comes dripping down in the dining area next to the kitchen. As soon as I realized the leak, I messaged the hosts on Vrbo but did not hear back. Seems like the leak isn't new. Reviews from previous guests have listed this issue, but no action was taken. Not too clean, there were cobwebs everywhere, and stains on the comforter. Communication with the hosts was horrible. I messaged the hosts again via vrbo to ask where to dispose of the trash but got no response. I called them four times before I could get a hold of someone. When I finally reached the host, she wasn't of much help. She said they don't get messages from vrbo, but I messaged them via vrbo before the trip start date, and they have responded, so I assume that was just an excuse. We found the trash bins by the driveway ourselves. The response I got from the host was useless might as well not pick up the phone the fourth time. You can hear everything going on because the walls were thin. If you walk or talk too loud or drop something, it will all be heard. There are also no ceilings in the rooms. The top of the room are exposed and connected with the other rooms except for the room with the king-sized bed. The washer/dryer is outdated. The checkout to-do list was long/some of it was unnecessary. The pics on vrbo are old and not updated.Pros:Not far from Walmart and ski mtns.

  -The leak from the upstairs bathroom has been addressed. We know how frustrating it is when you can’t reach someone during your stay, and we apologize that Evolve’s communication fell short. Generally, guests can count on Evolve to answer any questions related to a booking or pre-stay information, but they refer guests to the guest contact for on-the-ground issues. We apologize if this wasn't clearly explained to you
  -We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home in between guests and we encourage guests to reach out with any issues or concerns while they are in residence for a most comfortable stay
  -Our trash is visible as you drive up to the property and there is a house manual on site for reference. Additionally, the washer and dryer work perfectly fine and the rooms were built without ceilings, as we purchased it
  -We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. We are trying to update and refurbish

  This cabin was better than what the pictures show. There is a ton of natural light that comes in. The small lake is just a short walk right out the back door. Log burning fireplace was super cozy. Kitchen had everything needed.
