CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- This property is located in a gated community. Guests must fill out the online rental registration at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If you do not register 72 hours prior to arrival, a late registration fee must be paid on-site
- Through the registration form guests will pay for parking ($5 per vehicle) and an optional fishing fee ($10 per angler, license required)
- Visit this link to register: https://locustlakevillage.org/ 
- Upon arrival, guests will pick up a welcome package at the front desk that contains the wristbands, community info, parking passes, maps, and fishing passes (if applicable)
- If you arrive after 4:00 PM, you can pick up the welcome packet the morning after. If arriving on a weekend, the welcome packet will be located on a rack outside the entrance door. The wristbands must be worn at all times for community amenity access
- The Locust Lake Village office number is 570.646.3616 and available 24/7

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 6 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
