4/5 The house was a great size for our family of 6. The rooms were spacious. Had all the amenities that were stated in the description and a bbq on the deck. I would have liked the house to be located a little more into the community, but it was a great house with plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay. Great community!

3/5 Great house. Big, modern, clean. Diane from “evolve” was available until we triedto get property we left at the house back. I have a text from her stating that she has it and asking for the address to send and it’s been about two weeks and I haven’t had a response from her or EVOLVE on the status of my property. I have reached out at least a half dozen times and heard nothing. Renters beware. I will reach out to Arrowhead Lakes next regarding EVOLVE management.
