Stay for 5 days
4/5 This property is cute and nice. The lake and pool are a few miles away and you have to drive… checking in you need to wait in line and prior to arrival you need to pay per day for pool/lake ..

Not Great Condition
1/5 The property had quite a few issues with cleaning and functionality of items- one a/c unit upstairs with rags shoved in the window to keep animals out… only fans for three bedrooms… the grill was not functional and very gross. There was a huge burn mark on the counter, no working smoke alarms in the house and the kitchen equipment was covered in food like it was put away dirty after use. Some of the recliners did not open and those that opened struggled to close. There was soap bars left in the shower and the woodwork around the sink in the downstairs bathroom was hanging by one nail. Overall the property was in poor condition but the facilities at the lake and pools were very clean. I would suggest renting in Arrowhead Lake but not this property.

From the owner: "MaryBeth, thank you for your feedback on our property. We set very high standards and want all our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay.
- The gas grill was out of order as it was covered and had a sign stating so. There is a charcoal grill there for their use in its place.
- The air conditioner fits flush to the window, no animals can get in. There is some weatherstripping around it to provide a seal which is customary.
- The burn mark on the counter was done by a previous guest and is a pending claim that the owner is awaiting payment for replacement.
- All smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are checked routinely and all are working.
- We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
We appreciate your feedback and will be working diligently to make all necessary upgrades to the home, we are sorry you were unhappy with your stay."Great time all around
5/5 We absolutely loved our time here. The house was great, and just as described. The community was really nice also. Aside from a slight misunderstanding(on my part), communication with Lorin was excellent and she was very easy to deal with. Definitely would love to return in the future.
